Returns & Refunds
Every Afrokia piece is made to order — crafted specifically for you after purchase. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on personalized items. All sales on personalized orders are final.
Please note: Personalized items are final sale. Please review your customization carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at connect@afrokia.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
Non-Personalized Items
For non-personalized items, we accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Contact us at connect@afrokia.com to start the process.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
